Ihop

Came to this location with my kids and another couple. They wouldn't allow us to split the bill. Mildly infuriating considering I ended up grabbing the check ONLY because I wanted the waitress to get a good tip since she did a great job. Had the other couple grabbed the check, she would have gotten $5 max for 7 people and an $80 bill. I also don't like how the receipt had a 20% and 25% tip amount written on it. I will probably never come back to this location due to my experience with the entire billing process.

IHOP is always great. I have been going to IHOP for 20+ years over 6 states. In this location the lady (Mary I think) who seated us, took our order and served was same person and very rude. With her bad attitude in answering our questions reg menu and coffee really was turn off. We ignored all that bad attitude just focused in our things and moved on.

Melted container, food tasted like an old basement? I am not sure how you managed that but maybe the whole "if you're not working, you're cleaning" motto in the industry is dead. I'm also not sure if you put the plastic by the grill or a warmer but maybe next time don't. Also, hopefully I don't get poisoning from that horrendous taste. Seriously, how? What is it?? It's gross.

Staff was very unfriendly. Waitress was rude and inconsiderate in the way she spoke to is. Service was slow, another table that sat when we did was served and left before we even got food. It’s not like it was busy. Dennys would have been much better. I know why it was dead now, no one wants to be ignored. Probably won’t be back to this location

Me and my friends went to this 24 hours IHOP for our pre dawn Ramadan meal. The lady, Maricella, was rude to begin with . Got the wrong orders and unfriendly throughout. And then she had the audacity to demand a tip for which we had to deny the request due to the horrible customer service. She ended it saying something like “I hope you never get served again”. All in all a terrible experience. We will also take this up with IHOP management.
