Panera Bread

I like to come here in my free time to sit down and read or get some work done. I've always had a great experience. Staff is very nice and friendly, the manager who I always see on weekday mornings is very nice. I usually only get a pastry or drink though so I can't really comment on the actual food like sandwiches. Nice place to come and relax or grab a quick bite to eat. I will say though that it does get busy/crowded at lunch time but other than that I love coming here.

Clean, fresh ingredients. Sometimes sloppily put together sandwiches with incorrect bread pairing. Other times it's great; overall inconsistent with sandwich prep. Service is usually friendly and helpful. Moderately paced and priced. Dining area is clean and spacious. Family-friendly with highchairs available as well as restrooms with a changing table.

My worst experience at Panera! Waited 25 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese bagel; it was sitting at the counter when I went up to ask about the status. They never buzzed is, no discount. No remaking of the sandwich, they microwaved it. Horrible service, horrible quality. Avoid at all cost! There's a trash can outside, eat from there, the food quality would be better.

Clean, quiet, parking, bathrooms, very reasonable. This is edited now and what I found has changed. Opens at 6, we got there at 6:15. We ordered. There was trash all over the floor behind the counter and it was dirty and greasy. The person that took the order had to ask us 5 times what we wanted. It was just two bagels toasted, one coffee, one tea. There was no hot water out with the coffee so they took my cup and filled it with water from the kitchen sink. The place was cold and very poorly lit in the dining area. Wow things change in a year. When we use Panera now, we use the one in Hingham across town at the Derby St Shoppes. Had 4 stars, changed to one.

I work in the shipyard and eat here often. Its progressively going downhill. Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich and iced coffee from the kiosk. My sandwich sat for awhile because they were screaming my name rather than using the buzzer I had. My iced coffee was made into a hot coffee instead. And the last time they didnt apply my rewards number or credit my award. My order hasn't been correct or even decent in probably the last 6 visit .

Ordered the full order of Mac and cheese...8 frickin dollars ! When I got my tray the bowl wasn't even half full. I politely asked the woman behind the counter if she could add a little more and her response was NO...I CANT ! She offered no explanation...no sorry... NOTHING !! FOR 8$$$ that bowl better be close to full...NOT BARELY HALF. Whatever happened to...The Customer Is Always Right !! And whatever happened to ...Keep The Customer Happy...a happy customer is gonna come back !!!
