Super fast when ordering with the corner location (Kekuanaoa+Laukapu Street, Hilo, HI). Literally get our pizza order in 15 minutes! Very convenient when using the app because you can "check-in" and they will bring it out to you! App does need work though!

I've ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple times, and the experience has usually been very good. The food is generally well-prepared and delicious, and the staff is friendly. This is my go-to place for pizza that satisfies.
The prices are better than most fast food restaurants in town, and their rewards program is a nice touch: they add up surprisingly fast.
I've had a couple bad experiences (one where they messed up my order, and another where my web delivery order was estimated to arrive in 35 minutes, and the pizza came in 70 minutes and was cold and disappointing), but I can overlook that because the positive experiences far outweigh them.
