One star, because drive thru they don’t take your order correctly, they always giving you the wrong order then will blame you for the order. this DD location has a lady she seems a Spanic short lady, she is always very rude with customers, she doesn’t know how to behave with customers, whenever you tell her the order is not correct she starts arguing. I have no idea why some people are so ugly like her.😒

The drive thru line on a weekday morning is ridiculous. Not only is there a significant wait time but what you order is never right. The staff will blame you if you go in to let them know that the order was messed up. I suggest you take the extra minute or two to get to another location or try another spot.

I came around 5:55am 12/15 in the morning. Ordered something very simple. Large Caramel Macchiato w Almond Milk (hot). There’s no flavor, no almond milk, and just tastes like hot coffee with creamer. There wasn’t a line before or after me so I’m really upset that a very simple request (nothing extravagant) could have been messed up. I understand it’s an awful hour/shift, and I’m not those people are extremely Karen about coffee, but if I’m paying $5.55 for a large macchiato and get “hot coffee” instead, like that just doesn’t make sense I’ve ordered from here before. Same exact order. Sometimes iced. Never been an issue. But today was an issue
