Dunkin'

Nice location inside TA. They don't take the Dunkin' app. The drink and stuffed croissant was very good, but fair warning, you might have to explain how to make the drink off you get something that isn't ordered often there. I got an iced matcha latte. She took that to mean with a shot of espresso, blended, and she just put the powder in the blender with the milk, so the powder wasn't dissolved. Imagine drinking finely ground coffee grounds in cold water. I had to ask her to remake it, which I never do! I walked her through the process and she was so nice about it. I really appreciate her patience and willingness to work with me, hence five stars.

I walked in with my fiancé and stood at the counter for 3-5 minutes with no greeting, no I’ll be with you in a minute…nothing not even a glance in our direction. The 2 girls working wouldn’t even look us in the eyes. It was just really awkward and we felt like they were annoyed by our presence. So instead we ended up getting coffee and some pre-made breakfast from the travel store. It was actually really good so it all worked out.!

Just stopped here. The overweight lady with the short blonde hair is too busy talking to the Petro employee to listen. Talking about some woman whose son committed suicide. REALLY!? find something better to talk about. Turns out, what I wanted, they didn't even have, but took forever to figure that out, as the conversation was more important!

Trying relentlessly to get things to change as far as cleaning and safe practices didn't work and I finally had to quit due to the filth and unsafe food handling. They don't wash hands, there is mold, they do not sanitize anything properly...be very careful there. Don't eat the food and don't drink the coffee unless it's hot coffee...no cream cause machine is not clean, nothing with espresso because there's magots.
