Kfc

Purchased 2 -16 piece dinners at drive thru. With numerous sides for a mother's day dinner. Got home 25 miles away to find 12 pieces of chicken in one container and 4 pieces in the 2nd container. Only got a total of 16 pieces. I did get all of my sides. Called and left a voice mail 4 times over the next 6 hours. Nobody ever returned my calls. Spent 105.00 . Check every single item if I ever go back.

This is the 4th time we attempted to eat from this KFC. The 1st time we waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru, once we received our food it was cold. The last 3 attemps we tried to dine inside well we waited over 10, 15 plus minutes. There was a door dash driver that had to wait because order wasn't correct, another customer wanted their receipt, they were told the register was out of receipt tape. After waiting for too long we left. There were a few others that left as well , plus one in front of us still hadn't ordered. There were at least 6 workers there. Wasn't a friendly sorry for the wait or we will be right with you or anything. They didn't even acknowledge anyone in the waiting area.

It's a toss up whether you get good service or not. Even before this ridiculous response to the most recent Corona virus it was the same. This picture was taken from a visit earlier of a gizzard or liver order. Although I called, nobody ever answered. Despite complaining to "corporate" nobody tried to actually make it right. Brand management is pretty bad and I'm the Colonel is rolling over in his grave.

Employee at drive thru was very nasty towards me. Did not receive any sauce like I asked for. Was give 2 different prices from the time I ordered and when I got to the window, 7 cent difference. Is someone pocketing the extra money? Thought KFC might have gotten their act together, but it doesn't seem so!
