Kfc

I’ve came to this establishment a few times. Came here, ordered some food. Wanted mash potatoes WITH! Gravy. I get no gravy on both of my potatoes. What am I supposed to do? Blow my load on the potatoes and use that baby grave for the topping? A Monkey with downs could put simple gravy on my potatoes. Ridiculous

Being a lover of wings, I order the honey bbq. What I received was most likely the buffalo because they were spicy . I brought them back/was informed I got what I ordered, honey bbq. Obviously they were not willing to think that they might of accidentally coated the wings in the wrong sauce. The woman even argued with me, stating that I received what I ordered. Bottom line, I will never go to this kfc location again. I will drive the extra couple of miles to Buffalo Wild Wings. Where the honey bbq wings are sweeeet!

The fried chicken tasted different than the usual, as if the oil had been reused 50 times and was highly carcinogenic. The covering was bitter. And they forgot to give us coleslaw in our box. Strawberry shake was sugar laden and wasn’t really a shake, it was an ice cream. Not sure why they put a straw in in! It tasted good though. Super unhealthy, needless to say. To top it all, service wasn’t good.

Had to repeat an order 4 times, to then be argued with once we were handed an incorrect order. After repeating another two times the woman arguing got mad handed us the correct drink, and then $1? We didn't pay in cash and I'm not sure why she handed us a dollar other than the fact she genuinely was not listening or aware of what was going on dispite arguing with me.

I ordered 18 piece chicken from his location. They only gave me one bucket, and I asked if there were 18 pieces in this one bucket, they said yes. I unfortunately believed them. I then parked and counted the chicken, and unsurprisingly there was only 9 pieces of chicken. So I went back to complain about my missing 9 pieces of chicken. They had the audacity to blame me for driving off too soon. Worst experience ever had a any fast food restaurant. Take some responsibility.
