i came through the drive through around 1:40 nobody was in line it looked like the store was closed tbh. the lady rushed me to take my order. we had 2 big box meals a famous bowl meal and a fry i ordered an additional famous bowl but the lady didn’t ring it in. she told me my total before i was even done with my order. i work for fast food myself and never would i treat a customer like this. the chicken was hard and corn was disgusting. never coming back here 😭🤣

Ordered the spicy famous bowl meal and two chicken sandwiches no sauce with a small fry and drink. They only have us one drink, half a famous bowl that wasn’t spicy, both sandwiches had sauce and missing a small fry. Then came blamed it on us saying “that’s not what it says right here”. The person read the order back to us correctly but the receipt ended up wrong

What happened to the KFC i used to know and love as a kid? I cannot find any KFC locations with a decent google rating. I don't go to KFC anymore because the experience is always terrible no matter which location I go to. The colonel would be sad to know how down hill his KFCs have gone. We go to Cane's now, but i still miss the KFC i used to know.

7 pm, you would think they have everything avaliable. Friends and I go there to bet on what they don't have each night, nothing special, extra crispy or such things that should be avaliable. All I ordered was what was on there billboard 8 pieces of dark for 12. Could not do it! Gave me alternative tho. Said no thanks and and spent my winnings at Popeyes. By the way never tells me there out of anything. It's a shame your store in a great location is run so bad.

taking a star off, I usually place my order online and pick up. They never add KFC sauce despite of me adding the same to my order. I have made it a point to check my bag and ask for it because it's never there.

How can you run a chicken restaurant without having any chicken cooked? Went here 2 days in a row only to be told 'we got no chicken'.. just shut this place down if you can't deliver a product.

Chicken was over cooked. After receiving what was ordered..Order was not right. I had regular chicken instead what I ordered was Crispy chicken.

Definitely not recommended to go to in the later part of the evening. Food was old and fries were stale as well as overly salty. Not worth the cost of $32
