I came in to Starbucks on 27615 Baseline Rd in Highland,Ca and I had the worse experience here Wow!!! Didn’t get a welcome when coming in, I had to ask if someone was going to help me after just standing there for over 10 minutes and no one letting me know if they were going they we were going to take my order. I order a pour over and I was giving something else, I was giving my food items very rudely and one of the managers Yésica ask if there was a problem and aside of being unapologetic she rolled her eyes and proceeded to say if you want to complain you can call the 800 # and complain there.
I had a issue here years ago and honestly now I remembered why I stopped coming to this location.
Very uncomfortable situation.
On a different note the store was very very dirty, trash was up to the top, counters and tables were sticky and disgusting. I had to ask to have my table cleaned and also I was handed the wet towel to do it myself.

Found Starbucks with great wifi just no outlet available because all used at time that I arrived. Was able to complete school assignment. Nice staff. Thank you very much. Also, great view of San Bernardino mountains.

I LOVE coming to this location. The staff is always exceptionally nice. The drive-thru wait is not bad at all.

The homelessness around this business has always been a problem but now it’s to the point where I can’t let my wife go to Starbucks by herself, it seems every time we decide to sit down here some kind of incident happens between customers and the homeless guys that are basically allowed to live here and are given free reign over the bathrooms and tables, I will be coming back to take pictures at least

it was not a pleasant experience. The service was super slow, it had never taken this long for a coffee. When I gave them the code for the stars they didn't want to validate it. They also had almost no drinks. unfortunately it is a Starbucks that I will not return to to buy my coffees.

Wonderful staff! The manager Mae is amazing. She's thorough with how she runs her store. Noemi goes beyond to make sure everything's right during your visit. It's a great feeling knowing I can order from here and know my drink will always be right!

My main Starbucks spot to sit down and study. Area is kept clean as one would come to expect from Starbucks. The staff are friendly and courteous.

The customer service is excellent. My favorite drink is chia mixed with matcha green tea with soy milk, whipped into a delicious frappuccino.
