Nice pub resurrection, good playpark, adequate selection of alcohol but should soon expand.
Support your local independent pub otherwise it's generic corporate pubs across the land

As always great service and attention to Covid safety during this first wave of a return to normal.
Outside seating only, with a table across what would usually be the front door, where the attentive staff take your order, pass this onto the person behind the bar, who pours your drinks while you pay, then by the time that is done, your drinks are presented to you.
Great location and lots of outdoor seating, especially nice on a sunny day.

We visited the beech tree and was so pleased to be outside having a drink. The atmosphere was great the staff were very helpful and were extremely busy. The food was lovely. Thankyou to all the staff for making our evening special. 😎😎

A nice Sunday lunch. All the roasts were good and the veg were lovely and not over cooked. The pie one if us had was less good. Just a topping nd not side o4 bottom to the pie and the top could have been cooked a bit more, but the filling was good. Value was good too and the girls serving worked hard and were friendly and efficient

This is a nice little village pub and sadly there are not many of them around any more 😔. It has a decent size beer garden with a good selection of beer, larger & cider and the food here is pretty good as well. The staff are polite and friendly which also makes this a good place to come and have a pint 🍺.

Fantastic place to go, whether your popping in for a quick drink or wanting to line your stomach with some fine food, definately recommend The Beech Tree.
Staff are very warm and welcoming.
The Front & Rear gardens are amazing, with the rear having a kids play park.

We have just had a wonderful sunday lunch at this lovely pub. It was a surprise birthday for my hubby's birthday. All my dealings with the staff were excellent from my first enquiry to paying the bill. The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this pub without any hesitation. I hope you are proud of the job you did. Fab-u-lous!

Amazing place - great setting, staff, size and obviously great food. Really good vegetarian options too. Don't let the other reviews on here put you off and try for yourselves!!!

Newly refurbished to a decent standard inside and out with plenty of outdoor seating and a conservatory. Play area has been improved but still looks a little worn. Moderate selection of beers on tap. Some noise from the main road that passes by.
