After a lengthy journey, we were famished and craved something substantial. We were exploring the town in search of something to eat. We found Tuckin Fish & Chips and made the decision to test it out. The portions were enormous, and I don't think we were able to consume them all. Unfortunately, the dining room was closed that evening, so we were unable to dine in. If we could have sat inside rather than outside on the bench in town, I am sure we would have enjoyed our meal more.

Traditional fish and chips (not frys, but really chunky chips). Had a cup of tea in a China mug, very relaxed friendly atmosphere, the only mechanical sound come from the ceiling fans. For me,no negative comments at all.

Very, very good fish and chips. Fish was delicious, flaky and cooked fresh. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Always fresh to order, you may have to wait 6 minutes or so but it is DEFINITELY worth the wait. This is a sign of a caring takeaway/restaurant to me. At least you know the food hasn’t been sat around for hours! Highly recommended and by far, the best fish and chip shop in town. You won’t be disappointed ☺️
