terrible service, we went very early in the morning for breakfast, the chicken in my biscuit had a very bad taste, the bread was very cold..., I passed,then I went to the counter for some ketchup, I stood for about 5 minutes and counted more than 7 employees and none of them attended me for almost 5 minutes, until I was already annoyed. I asked them if someone could please attend, finally some one did.. unfortunately I really like MacDonald but his staff is very poorly trained.

I order the same thing every morning. Medium mocha frappe with a shot of espresso and crushed Oreo added. I was not aware of these add ons until I ordered through door dash one morning. This has become part of my daily routine. Absolutely love the staff in the morning! However, the staff in the afternoon, specifically around/after 1pm seem to be unaware of the menu items. This is my second time being told by the staff that they are not allowed to add Oreo to Frappes. I have had to produce a receipt showing them otherwise. This is the second time that I have received my frappe without having the crushed Oreo added, after already paying. So basically they still refused to give me what I asked/payed for thinking that I would not notice. I am very disappointed.

The Chicken McNuggets were ok not great. Drinks were as expected and were good. The cleanliness of this location is not great at this point. As beautiful as this location is, it really should be kept up better, meaning picking up items off tables and floors. Women's bathroom was messy and smelled bad. On one prior visit I found the same thing in dining and rest room. In fairness to the management and staff I have been here before and it was very clean and location was at that time a gem of High Point. Because this location is convenient I will give it one more try and update my review at that time.

I ordered a double fish fillet meal tonight and they messed up my order and gave me a single fillet meal, I came back up here and the person at the window took my single fish fillet back through the drive threw window and just added another fillet on top which is not supposed to ever be done if I could give a zero rating I would then I asked if I could get a tartar sauce packet and the girl said that I had to pay which is ridiculous based on the fact you screwed up my order and did not give me a fresh sandwich they are very unprofessional and very ghetto I will not return to this location
