On Sunday June 26th, my husband and I decided to go to McDonald's for dinner. I asked for the Spicy Chicken Deluxe and as soon as I took a bite from my sandwich I knew something was wrong. I looked down at it and it was RAW! It looked as if it had just been dipped into the fryer for a second or two. I immediately rushed back and had to go through the drive through be a they were closed, not once did the Manager on duty come to the window to apologize. They just took my food back and gave me a refund. They never offered to replace the food or like I said, not even an apology, just rushed me off once I had the refund.
Please be careful where you eat, I've been sick to my stomach for the last two days and have not been able to eat much because every time I bite into something I'm reminded of the nasty and disgusting taste and feeling in my mouth.

My iced caramel coffee was delicious. However the cinnamon on the cinnamon melt label was misspelled. But accidents happen. However, the shake machine was down, which it is a normal thing for any McDonald's not just this one.

WORST MCDONALDS EVER. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU AREN’T PREPARED TO WAIT AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES AT THE LEAST!!!!!! This is my 2nd time in almost a two week span experiencing the EXACT same issue. I only came back here bc the manager reached out via phone, offered coupons lol and I come back and it’s the exact same thing. I’m currently typing this as I wait in the drive thru. It’s 2:30 AM on May 1st and I’ve been sitting here for almost two hours. The staff has no respect for anyones time. They will allow the line in drive thru to accumulate towards the end of the road, they do not move with any sense of urgency. I understand being understaffed but this is not it. Managers do not care. Upper management needs to rectify this situation and fire the entire night crew. The only way this will be fixed is if the CEO of McDonalds himself does something about it. That’s how bad this McDonalds is.
Edit: Even the manager informed me that she had to be here two days after having surgery, because upper management KNOWS it’s bad like this but doesn’t care. So I empathize with the staff but this is completely ridiculous. Shame on management for leaving their staff like this during the night shift.

Ridiculously slow. Cold food. Worst place in High Point to visit. Never gets an order correct. HOW can it even stay open. Get blamed for bad service EVERY time I try to deliver for door dash. This place truly sucks. Please listen and don’t waste your time!

I hate standing here for a “to go” order and no one says anything to you and when they do it’s, “oh, are you waiting on an order?” Duh! Then I tell them my order and it’s been sitting on the side the whole time SMH! Get it together people!

When people order a sandwich without those nasty onions, they do it for a reason 😒! The receipt was correct, so it was ruined by those that can't read in the back!

Very dissatisfied with the staff. My order was incomplete and was unable to get any help. And being disabled needing something to eat and they playing didn't help. Plus didn't give me a receipt with my order. Treated me with no respect at the drive through when I got a ride to go back at 2:34am in the morning. It was bad enough my stove went out. This isn't the first time that this has happened.
