I’ve just ordered four breakfast sandwiches from penny road Panera. It was almost $30 and two of the sandwiches were half sized. I am not ordering from here again, I recommend to go to N main store. They have great service with the right portion amounts of food. The sandwich is not worth of $6. Waste of money.

I order from here about 2 to 4 times a week usually & they have always had great food & excellent customer care. My order has never had any issues. Today, my husband picked up my food to drop it off to me before he headed to work… I have two little ones so it’s nice to live near this one and since there’s never been any issue in the past, we usually don’t check the bag. Once I was able to sit down and finally eat, I opened the sealed bag to find the oh so yummy pumpkin muffin was missing! I let my husband know and he called them to see what could be done and the manager went above and beyond to fix the situation which my husband and I certainly do appreciate and that’s why I will keep ordering from this location because they certainly do care about their customers and that’s the most important reason why I keep coming back to a store or restaurant so thank you very much for finding a solution to the problem and going above and beyond for a loyal customer! :D

I want to like Panera, but I can’t get past the poor service and it being expensive for what you get. I went for breakfast and I do enjoy the hazelnut coffee. I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel, toasted. It was burnt, I could only eat the top half. I also ordered the oatmeal with strawberries. The oatmeal can put really cold, I took it back, and they offered me a microwave. With the fresh strawberries, I didn’t want microwave them. Then she offered a bowl for me to remove the strawberries and then for me to microwave it. I couldn’t believe it. Then when I hesitated, she offered to remake it. When it came out it was super hot, which was fine. I understand restaurants are short staffed and I try to be understanding.

We have had SO MANY bad experiences with the take out from here. Without fail, just about every time we do curbside they get one or more things wrong. I've learned to check before leaving. I shouldn't have to, but it is what it is. Last weekend a dear friend ordered a bunch of things for us because my mother-in-law passed suddenly. Someone picked up for us, and once we got the order we realized there were multiple things missing. I called and got hung up on twice. Third time the person who answered was rude, ignored me for a time, didn't respond when I spoke/questioned, and handed me off. They asked if I wanted to come by later that afternoon to get it. Since part of what was missing was the tubs of cream cheese, I explained my husband was on the way. I requested curbside. He waited and waited, eventually went inside, waited for 5 minutes at the counter while employees ignored him, then when he explained they tossed the bag at him and turned around. I NEVER post bad reviews. This is my first. They only received 2 stars because when we are in before COVID we had good experiences. Such poor customer relations. It truly made a horrible experience even worse for us. You never know what the person you're speaking to is going through. Have compassion.

Ordered through the app. Just a bagel and cream cheese. It said to pick up in Rapid Pick Up section. Went to the area, my order was not there even though it said it was ready for pick up. Went to the counter and saw two orders and two receipts on the counter but they were not placed properly so I wasn’t going to look into someone else’s bag or assume which one was mine. Stood there for a couple minutes waiting to be greeted or asked if I needed anything. Two girls were in bakery and three, maybe four behind the other counter. No one acknowledged me. So I asked the girl behind the counter at the bakery which order was mine. She immediately seemed annoyed/aggravated. She asked the other girl behind the bakery area which one was mine and she told her. As she walked back and picked up the bag and I reached out for it she tossed it back down on the counter. Ha! I was like “are you serious?” I couldn’t believe the attitude and experience I had at this location today. And low and behold I get back to my office and my bagel has not even been toasted. It is cold. My office is only 4 minutes from Panera. Just a bad day for this staff member I hope? Thankfully the bagel was still good which is why I gave two stars.

A truly awful experience. I came in at 10:30 a.m. to order a vanilla latte and mac and cheese. Two managers were at the register having a one on one and completely ignored me for 10 minutes. I got to hear about staffing issues, people that they were going to let go...no acknowledgment at all that I was standing right in front of them...all by myself. Finally, I ordered and the mac and cheese was cold and the espresso machine was not working. Rude people here. I wont be coming back.
