Let's just say it's way better than Subway and Firehouse. The options for toppings are deliciously available in abundance. I go here as often as I can. The app allows you to get a free sandwich after so many purchases along with deals as well. If you've read my reviews you know I don't hold back, so believe me when I say, this IS the best sandwich place so far. Customer service has also greatly improved and it's more personable. I like it all 💜

Really need to either update your hours or app. 2nd time I have tried to call the store ( both at 2 completely different times) to see if your open and no one has picked up. When I try to order through the app it lets me get all the way to the menu where I’m supposed to pay then doesn’t let me go any further Inevitably wasting my time. Willing to go 20 mins out of my way just to get a sandwich because I love the crab salad but I’m definitely not going to keep wasting my time with this place. Just went to Jimmie johns instead.

Great service, great sandwich choices. I'm partial to the buffalo chicken but there's something for everybody and even the kids love their meal packs.

Love this place. I cannot eat Subway due to an allergy and this a MUCH BETTER alternative. They have a lot more variety and the place is clean. Service was wonderful. The sandwich is worth the price. LOVE LOVE LOVE<3

One of the better chain sandwich shops around. The sandwiches are build your own from a very extensive list of options and they are very good! Staff were friendly and the orders were perfect.
