Not a very good experience. I frequent Panera often and this was a disappointment. I got a Teriyaki Chicken and broccoli bowl, with a green tea. The place was not very clean and the food was average not asked what side. I hope this is not a reoccurring issue.

The counter attendant was incredibly kind and courteous and friendly with me and my companion's somewhat complicated order. This attendant was working the counter on Sunday, May 15 at around 7PM, wish I had gotten his name.

I have stopped in here a few times passing thru and have had an average to good visit with fairly prompt service and accurate orders. On the occasion that it was not to satisfaction, the counter server was quick to fix the concern. Sometimes busy - sometimes not at all - I had not encountered any real problems. Although I do not like the elongated layout of this location, there is also a large outdoor seating toward the back of the dining area set down from the street.

The restaurant is clean and staff are friendly, speedy & efficient. However the food really needs some work. We ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and a toasted smoked bbq chicken 1/2 sandwich. The soup was ok but under seasoned and lacked flavor. The baguette was so tough to chew it was not pleasant. The sandwich was also hard to chew and was very dry. It ready needed more bbq sauce or something and the smoke flavor was nonexistent. Overall for such small portions and a $20 price tag this does not make it to the top of our list. We won’t be back.

We had a terrible experience here. We had a messed up core of an apple, orders were taken incorrectly, and there was a weird thing in tomato soup. We spent too much money for our service and food to be that terrible. Tables were gross and not being bussed. Employees need to step it up.

Panera is pretty good. They have some unique menu options and some healthier options for those looking. They, also, offer delivery, which makes it a convenient lunch option. But, only four of five stars because they are too expensive. And, the online ordering isn't super user friendly.

I enjoyed the sweet treat I got there also a great place to spend some time if you want to have some quiet time!😊 I was really going for the Broccoli Cheddar Soup but it wasn't ready. 😕 Maybe next time!

Their food is normally very good. Especially like the Teriyaki Chicken bowl, however they were out of almost everything; no bowls, minimal soups. We settled for Turkey chili which wasn't as good as usual and mediocre at best. Doubt we'll stop at this location again.
