I am shocked on how this Burger King prepare the meal and the poor customers services I and others encouraged.
I order one of the especial they have with a king burger and a chicken sandwich. Let just say it was disgusting to even open the wrap of the king. The MEAT was dry and COLD the chicken sandwich was dripping some type of watery juice. I ask the server why it was like that.just just turn around and told ask what do I want her to do?
Minded the supposed to be MANAGER OSVALDO was there. He did not even wants to provide me his Name.
Standing there it was another person who order via drive through that has to walk inside because her whopper meat was frozen.
The lack of careless and services on this place is not only unsafe but worries.

Burger King has made a good come back. The Whopper was made fresh and was hot. Plenty of variety on menu.

I'm a long time customer because my children school is in the area. I explained to the manager on yesterday about my previous order was not made correctly, I had to come back for them to correct my whopper sandwich and turns around it was still not made correctly. All he (the sorry manager) said was sorry.....Sorry donot cut it, it was my time, gas, and headache....I felt like he should have given me free sandwich for there mistake....Sad to say but many of these fast food chains has gone down hill.....the BEST BK in town nowadays is NW 7th Ave and about 125th Street.....Your entire store should shout down for 2 weeks, go to NW 7th Ave & 125th Street Store and get training.

Didn’t have onion rings, didn’t have shakes, they did however have those awful paper straws…. Honestly just don’t give me a straw at that point. They gave me my chicken and it was really really cold and disgusting. And if you thought I waited to eat them at home and that’s why there cold you’d be wrong. Started eating as soon as I was handed things. Oh they also forgot to give me my soda. Had to ask for it again.

They can't get a simple order right PLAIN is foreign language to these people. It's simply sad when even fast Food is to much for you..
Next time it's not plain I'll stick to the window as I drive off.
