Placed an online order and after picking it up and taking it home my daughter was happy with her sandwich but I ordered a breadless bowl and got a different protein than the rotisserie chicken I had ordered and the bacon was completely raw, or as raw as they received it before they put it on the salad. Absolutely disgusting and I will not be going back, check your proteins because apparently they don't care.

Absolutely the worst subway in Hermitage. I've been there four times in the last couple weeks and I haven't been able to get one sandwich out of the place. They close at 8 now even though their sign says 9 go in yesterday to try to get a sub and I have a coupon and of course they say they can't scan a coupon. And every other time they're just close before the time on the door says. Super bad experience their employees just blame it on their boss or the owner of the store.

the worst subway on the planet I went three different times and two times the system wasn't working and the other time the customer service was the worst on the planet customer service is at all time low I'll go to the grocery store and buy my own condiments and make my own sandwiches it's cheaper and healthier

No complaints at all.. got me in and out swiftly.. and the only subway that I’ve been to around here not strictly staffed by foreigners, which typically leads to communication barriers!!

Employees do not wear masks around the food, they do not wash their hands, they just put on gloves and assume that’s good enough. They do not clean the cutting knife in between sandwiches, they simply do not care. Today I went in to get sandwiches for me and my coworker and I had to turn around and leave after witnessing all this. There were two female employees in there. The manager/owner wasn’t there, they both had their purses on the counter and had no masks on, talking about their dislike of their job and who else in town was hiring..

Walked in to grab lunch since it’s pretty close to my job site, and I was in a timely crunch. There were only 3 other customers in front of me, and one was finishing up. Staff member was complaining about working 6 days a week, 5 hours a day and making $8 and some change an hour. She looked up at the people in front of me and said “you two have been standing there awhile, are you paying cash or card?” Never acknowledged me. She finally started taking their order, still complaining about work, and an inspection they had this morning. Stood there for nearly 15 minutes - another customer walks in. She asks THEM if they’re paying cash or card, to which she added “our machines are still down , I can only take cash.” I stood there that long for her to never mention this, never ask me anything, no signs posted, nothing. I just left because I didn’t have cash on me. Customer service training is needed desperately.

Same employee each time has horrible attidude and you can tell she hates her job. More interested in smoke breaks. Short staffed. Unfortunately will not go back and neither will my co-workers as long as she is there.
