I bought a pack of cigarettes this morning And he never gave him to me before i left. By the time I got on the highway I remembered so I called them 17 times in a row and not one time to the answer the damn phone.

This 7-11 is so ghetto! Anybody, I mean anybody. Even the guy that runs the Mc Donald's across the street could do a better job and that's not saying much. Out of water as usual for squeegees that are worn out. Now at least one is in the trash.

At this store they are VERY VERY RUDE and ALWAYS on their phone's . They don't say hi or anything they just say COME ON and start ringing you up but never say thank you or NOTHING.. I would not put any stars but in order to see my post I HAD TOO!!!!! I usually don't come to this store but gave them a chance and here I am again.. I WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE OF MY MONEY EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Absolutely filthy. Bathroom was so disgusting I was afraid to purchase anything. Floors in the store itself had dirt and debris piled in the corners but looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

I went in and got $10 cash back. I needed $20 so my boyfriend went in and bought another item for another $10 cash back. The guy rudely said that he couldn’t do that, so my boyfriend told him, you can’t say no, I’m a paying customer. The man had the audacity to throw a roll of quarters at him, AND THEN put a hold on my card right before we had a basketball game to go to. Stupid Arabs being completely disrespectful giving a bad name for all of them. Smh never going to that 711 ever again.
