Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

At Henderson Dairy Queen right now and there have been 2 customers asking for their blizzards to be remade due to no toppings in them, a lady that waited over 20 minutes for a hot fudge sundae, a couple who never got their fries for their order, their gravy was so watery it poured down their daughter like water. We are 20 minutes in waiting for chicken and 2 blizzards. The line around the building hasn't moved. The customers have been more than tolerant of the employees. Your counters and tables are so disgusting and sticky my son's shirt was stuck to it. Yesterday I was here and your manager that has been here forever was even rude. Stop taking doordash orders. Yall can't handle it. They are getting prioritized over in person customers. I saw it myself and the manager told me "they're working on it". Literally a full lot of parked cars waiting 20 minutes and no food came out. When it did my husband had cold fries. I saw the manager tell an employee to serve half melted blizzards to customers that day too. Tonight it was 3 kids working and the rest messing around. Keep an adult in charge on nights. Stop doordash and pay a decent wage David Hatchett!

Terrible. Arrived 45 min after open. Absolutely no lights on in dining room. We questioned whether they were even open. Walked in straight up to the counter. Stood there for 12-15 minutes while 2 employees took orders from 1 drive thru. 3 other employees just walking around talking. When we left there were 16 people behind us waiting in line. This was 11:15 am.
