Pizza Hut

I don’t know why we keep ordering from here. The last 4 times they got our order wrong. Saturday night they sent our pizza to the wrong address. We got a text at 6:10pm saying our pizza was out for delivery, at 7:10 we called to see where the pizza was, they said it could take up to 1 and ½ hours from when the pizza leaves the store to get our house, so we waited another 40 minutes and called again. They said our pizza had been delivered and they couldn’t give us a credit because we had complained 4 other times and the system wouldn’t allow it. I confirmed that the credits were given to us because they couldn’t get our orders right and they still said couldn’t do anything. They said if they gave us a credit we would be “black listed”. So they were going to charge us for pizzas we never received. Finally talked to someone that confirmed our pizza was delivered to the wrong address and he could get our pizzas to us and he would give us a credit. So it took us over 3 hours to get our pizza. I called tonight and they said we do not have a credit on our account. Obviously we like Pizza Hut pizza, unfortunately we can’t get good service from this location. I don’t want to call and complain, I just want the correct order at my house in a timely manner.

Just ordered a pepperoni pizza online said it was ready in 15 minutes drove down there and it was ready in 15 minutes let me tell you these kids are working their behind off the guy that was cooking had been there eight hours and somebody called off he was exhausted give these guys a break you can’t seem to get anybody to work anymore so those that are working Pat them on the back. Thank you for working and making pizza for my family. Oh by the way the pizza was amazing

Anyone who has given this location a good review ONLY got lucky. EVERY TIME and I mean EVERY TIME I have used this location I’ve had problems! Wrong orders, deliveries not delivered, sometimes need to cancel the order and man is that a hassle, no one answers the phone and if they do they hang up, rude staff (sometimes). I will say sometimes the staff is kind and professional but most of the time NO. They should just close this location or hire all new professional people. I’m NEVER using this location again I’d rather drive to the one on major and boulder as I’ve had to do before anyway. Also I ordered today for delivery at 3:18 it is now 6:00 and I’m still waiting. NEVER AGAIN UPDATE. Pizza was VERY COLD and was disgusting I didn’t get the 4 ranches I paid over $1 for and I didn’t get a receipt the wings were fine and the cinnamon rolls to but unfortunately I didn’t even finish eating because it was gross not just cold but gross. NEVER AGAIN! :(

Pizza was raw, delivery was late, no one answered the phone. I’ve tried giving this location a chance but time and time again something always seems to go wrong and I can never get an order right. Last time I waited 1.5 hours for pizza and it still wasn’t done and when I went to the store there were 4 people with the same issue.

Found hair in my pizza, orders constantly late or wrong and I was promised a refund that would go back to my card that night once they batch out. Guess what’s not in my account my refund. When I make a purchase it’s not buy now pay later so why is my refund done this way? I told Larry the manager that I only wanted cash because this issue and he assured me money would be back in my account at closing. Pizza is one of my autistic sons favorite foods so we order at least once a week if not more but we will not be ordering Pizza Hut any more after this last straw experience.

VERY disappointed tonight. Ordered 2 large pizzas, hand tossed, one with garlic butter crust and one with Parmesan crust. Not only did neither of them have anything on the crust, they were bland, super lightly sauced, not hot (I arrived 15 min after ordering as it said it would take 15 min to prepare), and didn’t even have toppings all the way to the crust. PH used to be decent, and hopefully it is a one off, but the pizza was horrible. Little Caesar’s is better! Worst pizza I’ve had in many years!
