Carl's Jr.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Waiting at the drive thru only to be greeted after waiting for several minutes by the rudest, most unprofessional dad food employee you could imagine, I also work in the industry so there’s literally no excuse. I waited I wanna say 15 minutes when I was the only customer for ONE BURGER and drink which was absolutely horrific. Bun was soaked in pounds of sauce, 2 lettuce leaves and mushy tomatoes. Would NEVER come back here. Wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in my food for just coming!

Horrible service!!! The kid at the window never greeted me never smiled just opened the window and blurted a total at me. Hands me my drink with fruit punch all over the sides dripping so I ask for napkins as I held it out the window. He doesn't respond just closes the window and walks away. Another two minutes and I'm still holding the drink out the car window so I finally just set it on the window ledge of the Carl's Jr. He comes back with my card and receipt and still no napkins. He then goes to hand me my shake and it didn't have whipped cream. So I asked gim doesn't it usually come with whiped cream and he ignored me by saying you had a chocolate shake! So at this point I need a manager. I ask him to speak with one and he just closes the window again. So now the "So called" manager comes to the window and she is just as rude! When I ask about the whipped cream on the shake she said "Do you need whipped cream?" I said I need what I paid for and on the menu it shows it comes with it. Her response was we haven't had it in months the warehouse is out! I guess I was supposed to know that! How silly of me.. So I say can I have my food and go. I already been waiting and I mentioned how the male employee was rude and she goes in a rude tone "He's training!" I said how about an apology in there somewhere. She just ignored me and turned to him and said hand her the food and ask how many sauce she needs for the tenders. And she walked away to go take an order. This type of service is unacceptable and I will NEVER return to this location. The employee Magyk H needs better training and customer service skills. And the female African American manager needs to be fired! I see why he was the way he was. He can only learn from the bad apple they have running this place!
