I got here as soon as they opened and they were quick to get my order complete and had me on my way in just a few minutes!

Workers were cross contaminating surfaces were food is prepared with non food items like paper notebook from drive up window. And I saved the best for last, there was a dark curly hair on my sandwich. Location Whitney Ranch and Russell Rd gas station.

The bread was undercooked. I usually order two subs or more at a time and unfortunately the last one I got was undercooked. I went to culinary school, and even before then I knew what undercooked bread was like. 😒

Service is friendly enough, orders are done well, just incredibly slow service. The gentlemen working were both radiant and friendly. But it took almost 10 minutes to make 2 basic sandwiches

Had to remake my wrap order because she forgot the guacamole after I told her it’s fine you can just add it on. I told her I wanted the new special The drayPotle Steak sandwich with everything on it , and she put lettuce on it. She didn’t like that I corrected her and got an attitude with me. NEVER GOING BACK! & I still Tipped 15%. & there was no fresh guacamole

It's a good location if your traveling and don't want to stray to far off the freeway.It has a nice clean dining area located inside a shell convenience store.Staff is friendly and helpful and will prepare your meal just the way you want it.

I wanted a quick meal for my worker and myself, so we went to this place inside the gas station. We ordered a veggie sub and a sweet onion chicken sub and beverages. Service was good, and we tipped appropriately. I mentioned to the counter man that the credit card Bill should have a place for tips, instead of just having a box out for tips. The sandwiches were tasty and the tea we had was good.
