Poke Poku

Poor reviews here so I was skeptical at first to try! But I went I love this poke place!!! Prices are really reasonable the fish seems fresh! Lots of choices for toppings I especially love the tamago and mango! I also love that avocado is one of the choices. As for the sanitary issues mentioned in some reviews, I didn’t feel the same… the same lady helped me twice and she wore gloves. She was also really nice and helpful both times!

Sad part is this was my favorite Poke place. I would come here 1-2 times a week. I knew the staff. It has gone so down hill. The fish is no longer fresh. The portions have gone down and the price up. I am guessing the fantastic staff they had all left because what they have now is not great. Last time I got a large salad bowl was not even 1/2 full. I had to ask for more salad to fill the bowl they use. I also ordered the burrito for the first time and it was absolutely fowl. They don't have the proper machine to offer poke burrito so it is not made correctly.

I usually order here often and I love coming here. But today I came in to order and brought the food home and it tasted rotten and the food was really acidic. I usually come here often but this time the food was so bad that it smelt when I opened the bowl and everything taste like it had gone bad. I called the place about 4 times but no one picked up. It really ruined my experience I loved coming here

There were 2 young girls working whispering to one another while I wait to place my order. They turned away 3 separate times. While I was paying one continues to check her phone and continues to talk to one another. As I leave one of them watches me go to my vehicle and flips me off before she goes back inside. I know it’s tough finding employees during this pandemic, but come on. There needs to be a level a professionalism. 0 stars if possible.

I’ve ordered multiple times from here. Today the level of professionalism was horrible two teens they had guests visiting so they could not take my order correctly had to repeat it multiple times. At won’t point the young man cussed get the f out loud I was so furious I had to contain myself I’ve never felt so disrespected. The place is usually clean today it was not. Management needs to step up!

Ordered there from Grubhub almost finished my bowl and the most disgusting taste was in my mouth. It taste as if I had tried to chew a Tylenol. My heart started beating rapidly about 15-20 minutes later I also began to have shortness of breathe. I don’t know what was in my food but I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN!
