Arby's

New in Vegas, tried this Arby's location and the new Wagyu Burger. I absolutely loved it, but I feel like I have to deduct a star, because the waiting time in the drive thru was super long even though there were only two cars in front of me during lunch hour! Additionally, the Wagyu Burger is supposed to come at least medium according to how it's advertised, but mine was well done. It's still an awesome burger with a thick patty and great flavor. Staff was really nice and got my order right, which is very good considering the fact that this place may likely be strongly understaffed.

Thought I give them a try once again being that I said I'll never go again because of there service. But since is a new work crew from my bad pass experience.. I went and guess what I got over charged gave me food I didn't ask for and didn't get Arby's sauce. But I blame who ever is doing the hiring because you could see these characters coming a mile away. Hope this help people that would like to try this establishment. Please like if I was helpful maybe like this they'll do something about it. Thank you

I know this is useless, but, you pull up at drive up and order. They say sure come around. Then, they tell you the price. Once you gave paid, THEN they say you have to pull around front and we bring it to you. Never once having said I would have to wait. They do that so they can take other probes money while you wait. Standard fast food practice and the RUDEST you can encounter.
