Little Caesars

ok this was my first time ordering at this place. I ordered on line to pick up. I picked up and went i got home i realized that they gave me the wrong pizza, i called and the guy told me if i want to pick up the right order. I live a little far about 15 minutes from the store so i told him if he can delivered but he said that it will be a charge or i can pick up any other day?????. I went to get the right pizza and the employee was so rude, she grabbed the pizza and didn't say anything, i wait for about 15 minutes and they didn't apologize at all. They are so rude specially the girl manager. Pizza is so good but customer service is the worse. What is happening with this place????

Walk into you store in Hawthorne today. Walk up to register and waited for person to say something like "May I help you". Not a word. No good morning, nothing just stared at me. I finally ask if I could order and Jessica said "ARE YOU READY" with attitude. Started to just walk out,but ordered. When order was ready, she says nothing but holds out the box over the counter. No "Thank you". No "Here's your order" . Nothing but silence. PEOPLE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD DESERVE BETTER

Very unprofessional Customer service every time. I was just there, no one there to greet customers, someone passes by and I had a question. His reply, " SOMEONE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU AND KEPT WALKING 🙄🤔🤦‍♀️ THESE KIDS NEED TO BE TRAINED ON PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. MANY TIMES I COME KIDS ARE FOOLING ARROUND. ALWAYS END UP DRIVING TO ONE ON CENTURY BLVD. KIDS ARE PROFESSIONAL.
