Pollo Inka Express

Good food but the drive thru is horrible. As popular as this place may be, they need to to address this problem with the wait. With the long wait, you might as well just dine in, that is how long it take through the drive thru....ugh! Be prepared to wait for a long period of time at the this drive thru. Suggestion, why don't you open a 2and window?

The food is very flavorful and presentations is done well. Chickens are cooked on a rotating spit and you can see the fire as it blazes upon the chicken which is pretty cool. Prices are reasonable for the portions that you get. Whenever I want something that actually has great taste and reasonable prices this is definitely one of my go-to.

About 2 years ago this place was awesome great service great family meal with the rice and beans and yuca options.but now the service sucks the person that takes the orders at window is rude all the time you pay almost $50 for 2 chickens only option you have is rice fries salad you can’t even substitute or pay extra to substitute I have years coming here and to the restaurant. but after todays service I will no longer support pollo inka who ever is in charge you need to know you will continue to lose people with the terrible customer service and no substitute options .your taking advantage of loyal customers and that’s sad to see.

My wife ordered two of the chicken combo inka and 1 of the beef but instead they gave us two of the regular chicken. Not only they gave us the wrong order but also forgot to give us our drinks. They are not paying attention to online orders. Only good thing about it was it was ready quickly. Other than that this place ducks for online ordering

Was very optimistic about the experience here since I have always had a wonderful time at the Hawaiian Gardens location. Boy, was I wrong to expect similar quality. In terms of staff friendliness was not greeted by the manager on duty or the staff upon entering (fine) and at the moment of placing my order I asked about a side dish option canchitas and was told that yes it was served at the restaurant but there was no way to 'charge me for it' so I couldn't order it.? They don't offer maracuya (typical peruvian beverage). Their spicy sauce tasted too lemony hoping for more heat. Dining room area has plenty of tables to sit too bad they are left dirty and area looks unkempt. All in all, go to the Hawaiian Gardens location for better service and frankly overall good vibes. Even with a packed drive thru the HG location beats this location by far. Won't be coming back sadly.
