Food was good, customer service was an absolute disgrace. My wife was trying to feed our newborn and whilst doing so was 'asked' to move her chair forward so someone could restock the sandwich chiller, we tried to explain she can't right …

Morning queues are ridiculous, they prioritised online orders first! Why not have a seperate worker on the baps also! One member of staff when the queue is out the door is silly!

The staff is so rude and non-professional. They dont know the importance of time and also they just abuse the drivers who are there to get the deliveries.
Greggs Managament to needs to look into it on ASAP basis.
Seems like they are abusing driver's time and respect.

Lovely store since it's been re furbished, staff always talkative and friendly. Chilled seating area now, lovely new seating very comfortable. Food is always the right temperature. Coffee is nice and the breakfast baps are delicious
