Are you kidding me. Burnt bun took almostt 10 minutes in the drive thru to get our food. And I never had a quarter pounder even look like this absolutely appalled...

IT TOOK 31 MINUTES TO GET A BURGER AND FRIES!
Wow. Dirty floor, dirty tables, and a line of cars around the building for the drive through. I thought I'd be smart and go inside to get my food more quickly. Not so much.
I called the managers number on the receipt, got voicemail , which promised a call back. No return call.
I certainly won't be returning.

For one reason or another this location consistently has terrible wait times at the drive through. I don’t understand what the problem is, but if you’re looking for ‘fast’ food - this is not the place for you. This last time, the customer in front of me got so irritated he finally got out of his car to yell at the window before he got there. Unless you really need a cheeseburger, skip it and just get something down the road at Wawa.

Had to use the kiosk. Very confusing. One of the kids behind the counter could not find me what I wanted. He asked the manager to help me. Wasted a lot of my time just to order the hamburger deal

Rude, yelling cursing very slow service with a lot of people.
They told me to order from the kiosk because they didn’t know how to use the register.

The worst customer service, rude staff. We placed an order thru app but it was no sign where curbside was located. So we decided to come inside and get it ourselves. After being advised where the curbside pick up is I said ok, entered parking # and said we would wait in the car. The drive thru line cleared long time ago there were no cars in the line. After over 10 minutes nobody brought us our 2 sundaes. My husband walked in and saw our order melting and sitting on the counter. The lady denied pick up even though he was in and sent him to sit and wait in the car. And went back to supporting other clients while our order was just sitting there and my husband could look at it but not get it. 5 min later after inside interaction a girl with rude grimace silently handed order and left. No apology no nothing. I normally polite and say thank you always, but this time I did not want to thank anyone for such a terrible customer service. Please train your stuff be more professional and polite.

Drive thru at rush hour is slow. If a persons order is not ready when they get to the window they should placed in a holding parking spot. This location lets the line wait. No labor and covid 19 are no longer an excuse. I used to work at McDonald’s in the 90s. The service gets worse prices get higher station they should not call it fast food anymore
