I've been to this location several times. It's a bad location. The big Mac I ordered, the cheese wasn't even melted or the Mac itself not hot enough to melt it. Worst location in the area. The two mcdonalds on barataria are better. This is a drunks, last choice location when it comes to food quality.

I love this franchise it brings a lot of memories to my mind but I would like for the staff on the westbank side to be a little more patient and professional instead of being ghetto. So I ask please McDonald's take care of your employees and train them with patients and discipline and help pursuit their dreams.

The coffee at this Mac Donald’s was horrible full of coffee grains could not drink it. Had no creamers, workers need to take more interest in serving better food to customers, when you pay your money for food you expect good please, so please do better.

This is one of the newer style McDonalds. The food is about what you would expect from any other McDonalds. It never seems to be all that crowded till. Drive-through is always busy. For the most part, the restaurant is clean and bright. Parking is always easy to find. Just another example of a McDonald's restaurant fine dining experience.

This McDonald's is the joke of jokes. Orders are consistently wrong. The menu board is consistently out of order. The employees do not care.

I did order online at 5:45 am to pick up, and the app indicated that the restaurant was open since 5 am, and it was closed, but some employees were there, and they told me that they open at 6 am, but they never did.
The manager was there, and she did say nothing.
Please confirm if the app works or if the employees don't want to work.
