The staff in this place are ridiculous!! Screaming at eachother while customers wait for there food. They had an argument for a good 45 mins and then they have the nerve to tell people to leave that they are closed. Corporate needs to step in here and pay this this location a visit. The staff are a joke!!!

Unprofessional staff. No sense of urgency at all. They blast their music and are rude if they mess up your order. I shouldn’t be hearing ME AND YOU BY CASSIE AT A PANERA BREAD, THIS AINT THE STRIP CLUB.

Ive only been to Panera Twice. About 5 years ago and again today. Today I walked in to order my lunch and was very pleased. They were ready for closing as i got in at 1:45 but they still provided service. The manager was helpful and staff at the front counter was nice.

Food is good . 1. I suggest having someone by the phone in case customers have questions . 2 I ordered and it said 10 mins away. Once I refreshed the app, it said my order is being processed. It has been over an hour . I want to cancel my order , however no one is answering the phone .

If having 2nd thoughts on what to grab for breakfast or lunch then this is the place to go. Their soup and sandwich are really nice. They have the same problem as other good restaurants in the area and that is too crowded during lunch. For a hot bowl of soup I willing to wait in line and it's worth it. The staff is really friendly and nice. They have some nice cozy tables too which you can grab and have a quiet lunch in a corner.

Staff is very friendly and patient. Typical Panera fair of soups and sandwiches which are great considering it's a quick service chain. Deduct a star as for value, seems like we always spend another $10+ over other quick service places when going there as a family. However I would go here every time over most fast food.
