I would highly recommend this place! I called about 5 different places to get help with my transmission and Route 11 was the ONLY one to call me back and assist me. Headed to Leesburg from South Carolina. Lost the front left wheel bearing in my truck. Stopped at O’Reilly’s to ask where THEY take their vehicles. Dennis didn’t hesitate -“Go see Billy at Rt. 11 - he’s good”. So I did, and Dennis was right. Went for a test drive, they confirmed it on the lift, and 80 minutes later I was back on the road. When you are away from home and something happens, you feel vulnerable. We all do. These guys treated me like I was a local. Service and quality of workmanship are rare these days - Route 11 has it. We were on a trip, and showed up without an appointment with our Ford F-350 diesel truck. Our truck was making an occasional groaning noise. We could not reproduce the problem on demand. One of this firm’s associates listened to our problem, and had an experienced mechanic check out our truck and confirm we didn’t have an issue. The associate explained that the noise was a fan disengaging. These folks were courteous and quickly fit us in and got us on our way.

When my car's check engine light goes on, my heart was sinking because I had an nightmare with that problem long time ago. And this light can mean a lot of things. The people in route 11 found out the problem was in complete seal in my gas fueling port. Some debris got there when I fuel the tank. They removed it, and lubricated it and I was good to go. The didn't charge me a dime. What a honest and wonderful people out there. They are my go to car mechanic in this region now.
