Subway

I wish I could remember the employee's name, but he was very good. There were 3 people ahead of me, Myself, and a guy behind me. He took care of us all, from start to finish (taking payment) swiftly and without error. He was also very personable!!! As I dined in a few more people had come and gone in the same polite and speedy fashion as I. My Italian BMT was great, but those raspberry cheesecake cookies were to die for!!! I hope that employee gets credited for his awesomeness. I was at the restaurant around 5:00 p.m. on Saturday September the 4th.

The employees around lunchtime are not that personable. The one girl there at the time was just standing there staring at customers and only got on the line when one of her friends walked in. They cut my sub with a knife that was sitting on the counter with mayonnaise all over it. Then I was never asked “for here or to go”, they just wrapped my sub and put it in a bag and gave it to me when I was definitely intending to eat inside. Another time I was asked if I wanted 3 cookies for a dollar and was charged over $2.

The people here are so nice!!! The lady that worked here is so polite and helps you out if you don’t understand something or don’t know what pairs well with your sandwich. The manager man is polite as well and has such a great personality. They give an HU student discount which I can appreciate! The food is always fresh and tastes amazing!!! I would totally recommend!

Subways quality, and solid product, with the extra care of the staff. We walked in at 7:50 not knowing they were closing at 8:00. We were not rushed to fill our order, no one said a word about them closing. We ordered our sandwiches, and the staff chatted with us as we went along, very friendly. When we saw them locking the doors, we asked what time do you close? They said “8:00, but don’t rush, enjoy your meals... we have cleaning to do, so just let us know when your ready to go and we will lock you out.” It was perfectly refreshing to have the staff welcome our business. I have always felt welcome at this location, but I do know it is frustrating to have someone walk in at the last moment. Location is clean and staff is beyond friendly. Highly recommend this location, for staff and value. Subways products and high quality standards are always expected, but the staff pushed the standards higher tonight. Could not be more pleased.
