Kfc

Don't know where to start. I'm glad I have the opportunity to review this establishment. We visited this place a few months ago, I had forgotten apparently because I agreed to walk in again and eat here, Big mistake! I ordered something from the wall they have displayed with pictures and prices, it was the 8 pieces of chicken and 3 large sides and 4 bisquits, the price said 24.95 plus taxes, they charged me 25.95 plus taxes. I asked why? said that is the price and I said well you advertisement says 24.95, they still had the same answere, so I just said ok. So I paid the the 25.95 plus the taxes. Then we got our order to EAT IN and I asked for plates, the person said we don't have plates and I said what?, so how are we suppose to eat here? he said just from the bucked and with your hands, lol, I can eat chicken with my hands but how can 4 people eat from the 3 large sides with no silverware or plates, Lol. So I asked someone else and they said the same we don't have plates, I said we'll where do you serve the normal side orders he said in this black little plastic containers, I said can we have 4 please. So he gave me 4 and I also asked for silverware and ketchup and napkins, previously I had asked for 4 cups for water which I was handed but when I was about to get the water there WAS NO WATER IN THE MACHINE, so they had to fill the cups for us, finally we can enjoy our meal I thought, well NOT HAPPENING the chicken was SO DRY, you could see the dark spots on the chicken, NOT FRESH AT ALL, at this point I was so upset I just ate what I had already paid for just wanted to eat and leave. At the end our children wanted to wash their hands to remove the grease, I accompanied them to the bathroom and we'll the restroom was clean but there was no liquid soap or hand soap, we had to use the hand sanitizer instead as soap then rinse with water. DEFENETLY WILL NOT VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! Wish I had pictures of the chicken, SO DRY!!!

I was overcharged for what I was given at the Roselle & Wise Rd location. When I returned to allow them to correct the situation, the drive thru worker, possibly the manager, had an attitude and did not bother to explain how I was charged and closed the window before I could ask my follow-up question. I was not rude or disrespectful so based on this poor customer service, I will NOT be returning to this KFC ever!!!

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with a side of fries and a dr pepper. Had to go back inside to get Dr Pepper changed due to lack of soda syrup. When I bit into the sandwich it was hard/chewy/not warm. I do not recommend ordering the sandwich. Famous bowl from here is good tho. Never getting this sandwich again that’s Forsure

Every time I come here I’m in hopes that they’ll get my order right or that they’ll have what I came there for but every time I’m disappointed yesterday spent over $50 for nasty tasting chicken, mac and nasty cole slaw only thing that was good was the mash potatoes n biscuits -.- not coming here again
