It's very nasty inside. The bathroom alone made me sick to my stomach. It's nasty at the coffee and beverage area. Don't get me started on the overall appearance. It's giving the neighborhood a bad look. That being said they can try to compete with the new Sunoco across the street all they want, but I will pay the extra 2 cents for the better quality at least I don't have worry about contracting hepatitis.

I had a left tire low pressure lite and pulled in to use the air machine. I put 1.50 into the machine and it would not work. So after 15 minutes of frustration, I went inside to ask for my money back but was only told to call a number.... no attempt to go out and help me with the machine. It was like they were giving away the whole gas station to refund me $1.50. So I withdrew $100 from the ATM machine and threw it on the counter and told them I hoped they enjoyed the money of someone who just came off a deployment from the middle east Maybe they could afford to pay for a few 12 packs and some burritos and have a good time on my dime......

This 711 be stealing people lottery tickets, when you play multiple tickets, thinking your not going to know. I have even caught workers adding there lottery tickets to my total because they didn’t clear the screen before ringing up my lotto. Not to mention one time my lottery was missing they went behind machine and found so many tickets that printed out that fell behind the register. Last night I was missing tickets so I went back in and the worker Cody cursed me out call me all kind of names you can think of....I go hear because it’s close to me But I will be playing my numbers somewhere else from now on.

I went there yesterday as I have been going there for years to get fuel, I have a diesel f250 used the diesel nozzle and pressed the diesel button and gasoline comes out.... not cool at all clerk was aware as the pump initially wasn’t working and he got it to work by pushing the diesel button and putting the lever on the diesel handle at the same time but gasoline came out..... they refunded my money but now looking back at the receipt I was charged for the gasoline that came out which kinda pisses me off, needless to say I think 7-11 may have lost a long time customer, that being said I will say the dude working were super cool about it, as myself and maybe 7 other people were having issues with the pumps so he shut them all down and issued refunds, but still to be charged for the wrong type of fuel coming out of the correct nozzle is not cool, now I have to change $100 worth of filters and $40 worth of treatment to hopefully negate the gasoline in my tank

People that work here are very rude, any time I’ve been here. Maybe the good reviews are coming from everyday regulars, but when I walked in to get fuel on a pump this afternoon the very ghetto white girl at the register raised her eyebrow like she couldn’t figure out why I had gotten in line then looked me up and down. She wouldn’t speak to me other than an “mhm.” When I thanked her. Not the first time I’ve gone in for something simple and encountered real rude staff.

Worse 7/11 ever! White woman with glasses gave me a very racist vibe. My sister was getting a rello, the white lady got her id scanned it and everything. As soon as I started talking to my sister the lady asked for mine too, I am 18 but I didn’t have my Id but that didn’t matter cause I wasn’t the one purchasing it. She didn’t let my sister get the rello, my sister had her id, her own card, the lady scanned it but then took it back. And we walked all the way there smh, the store owner was also very rude. I personally think it was because our beautiful dark skin 🤷🏾‍♀️

Have been here many times. Good customer service and excellent service even when crowded. Very Clean store and parking lot.fast friendly service.they sell variety of items for those last minute needs to everyday needs. Gas ,diesel feul, food,snacks ,drinks, alcohol,my favorite Slurpee's..perfert for quick shopping visits. Keep up great work. 4 thumbs up and 5 stars.
