Quiet, friendly, delicious! The restaurant was very clean, and the service was great. Fresh, delicious, made-to-order sandwich (as always) from Subway.

For Subway it was excellent... maybe the best location I have ever visited which is surprising, to say the very least, because it is located inside the hospital. Cleanliness was noticable. The friendliness of the staff exceeded the standard in such an establishment. My advice when visiting Sentara Careplex....skip the cafeteria and hit the Subway instead.

I can't tell you how the food was because they closed down and removed everything from the trays before 9:45 even though they aren't supposed to close until 10. They even turned the OPEN light off early. Yes, there were still employees wandering around inside and leaning over the counter.

Ordered breakfast, said pickup was for 8:50. It said on the door they opened up at 8am, didn’t show up till 9am. Took them about 1 1/2 just to get the order. Not very good service.

The service was very good people were polite and the food was good all the employees were polite and said hi to you one person on break went and sat with a student doing homework and helped him!!!! Excellent experience

The other day I was at this location and received excellent service!...TODAY... there was an older gentleman and a younger woman working I was looking to purchase dressing I had to buy something else I offered to buy cookies and I still wasn't able to do that or get the dressing.EXTREMELY RUDE!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE. THEY RUN OUT OF INGREDIENTS ALL THE TIME AND IF SOMETHING DOESNT WORK CORRECTLY THAN THEY JUST STAND THERE AND STARE AT YOU. I CALLED AHEAD TO CHECK TO SEE IF THEY ACCEPTED APPLE PAY I WAS TOLD YES ON THE PHONE AND YES WHEN I ASKED AGAIN IN THE RESTAURANT. MY SANDWICH WAS MADE AND WHEN I WENT TO PAY IT WAS NOT WORKING. THE BOY BEHIND THE REGISTER DID NOTHING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE ISSUE COULD BE BUT JUST SAID. "WELL MY APPLE PAY WORKS". I DID NOT GET MY ISSUE RESOLVED AGAIN BECAUSE THEY JUST STARE AT YOU. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
