Cook Out

I normally avoid this location because everyone seems to just hate their job here. If management didn’t insist the cashiers rush customers at the speaker and window, everyone would have a better experience. Cashiers are obviously frustrated with their job and take it out on the customers. The menu is confusing to read right off the bat. It takes a minute to figure out what you want. If you don’t answer the cashiers questions in one second flat, they repeat themselves in a very rude and frustrated tone. And that’s all just at the speaker. When you get to the window, you aren’t greeted in any manner and any question is answered with “mm hmm” and attitude. It always leaves me wondering why I come back. I like the food but is it really worth it? “Time” is everything to cook out and they’ll risk getting orders wrong just to take your money and push you through the line. On top of the terrible customer service.

Food was good, and we hot it in a timely matter. However, I had ordered a dinner and it came with nothing to eat it with or napkins! Where it's located is hard to get back to once you go forward out onto Mercury Blvd. To turn around and go all the way back and wait in those lines again would have been way to much trouble. So I bent a straw up and used it to scoop my BBQ and coleslaw up to eat it. Let this be a lesson to NEVER leave until everything is accounted for in the bag. I usually always ok and of course the one time I didn't it wasn't in there. Just always presume people in these fast food restaurants are incompetent.
