Dunkin'

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was getting breakfast before a softball tournament and it’s took over 30 minutes. The one worker was moving so slow and the other worker didn’t know how to read or give out proper orders. She messed up over 3 peoples orders in the time I was there. Very disappointed and will never come back.

Horrible staff, and horrible coffee. There is a standard that all Dunkin’ Donuts have to go by and the people that work there don’t know it. I wanted a simple ice coffee with whipped cream. They gave me an ice coffee with loaded sugar and a quarter size of whip cream on top. Do not waste your money. The lady manger always has a bad attitude too.

I don't understand how at 7:30 in the morning with the drive-thru full of people and a good amount of people inside this Dunkin that I get cold hash browns that were undercooked everything should be fresh and hot during their busiest time of day. The medium vanilla chai was almost halfway empty...should have gotten a small for what I paid for.

Stroller in for two ringed doughnuts, chocolate glazed and glazed. Pointed to the coolata on the “menu” above him, and just to make sure I said give me what the lady in front of me got. Buddy gave me a iced coffee. I said no bro this an iced coffee, I need that (once again pointing to the coolata) or just give me what chick in front of me got. He gave me a frozen coffee and said it was a coolata then screamed from the back “frozen coffee coolata, frozen coolata!” Mysteriously my frozen coffee coolatta fell off the counter. Moral of the story, always get a PPI before buying a used car.
