Little Caesars

It seems ever since the pandemic, the quality of so many restaurants has diminished. However, for the first time in a longgggg time, My Little Cesar’s pizza from this location was awesome and made perfect. I tried to get the names of the preparers so I can make sure to order when they are working but wasn’t successful. 😂 I was only told they work on Monday evenings so if you want it made right, order from this location on Monday night.

Tried to call the store to place an order 3 times and no one answered the phone. When my father went to the store to get pizza, he asked why no one answered the phone and Heather replied “it’s off the hook you can place an order online” he said I rather not have my card on the app I would’ve liked to place an order via telephone and she was very rude and said you should’ve placed the order online. It’s very rude to try to push ordering online on people what happens if they don’t have a bank card? I would put zero stars if I could. Do better people. Customer service is a part of your job and you should watch your smart remarks especially when it’s a paying customer. If I were my father I would not have even placed the order.

If zero stars were an option, I would definitely choose it. I ordered a cheese pizza....25 minute wait....no problem. I arrived in 27 minutes. My pizza was on the counter (not in the warmer which was empty) and was handed to me and was not even warm. Got home and opened the box to find a burnt, cold pizza. The pizza had a bitter aftertaste and was disgusting. I will NEVER AGAIN patronize this place. I understand that they are understaffed, but that should not be an excuse for selling subpar food. Shame on you Little Ceasers Hammond.

Ordered three classic pepperoni and only one was eatable , the other two had uncooked or bad dough stuck to bottom of box. Employee was rude on phone when I called. How they cut and boxed a pizza like this is unbelievable. Sorry I could not leave no stars and I will never go to this little Caesars again.

Ive done door dashes here at least 20-30 times and theyve never once been on time with their food when im coming to pick up. I can drive 15 minutes to this location, walk in with noone else in the store and they tell me to wait another 15min. Pizzas take 12 minutes to make at Lil Caesars so that means they dont start the food until I arrive. Dont send dashers until you finish the order, ive managed a pizza place before and know how the doordash system works. this is the only Lil Caesars in the area that does this.
