Rated a perfect 5! Don't call this place a sports bar, because the steak night specials were as good as any steak I've had from the high class joints. We started with the boom boom shrimp appetizer, which was both plentiful and distinct. The shrimp were battered in-house instead of those frozen kind served elsewhere. Recently all my reviews were terrible... it's so nice to leave a good one for a change! The steaks came out right on time and perfectly cooked. With a side of stuffed potato mash, that was over the top, we left completed full. Even the buttered french bread was fantastic. Our server ask all the right questions and made sure we had steak sauce, she also ensured that our drinks were always full. Great decor with plenty of tvs and an awesome scrolling score ticker. Great service and unexpectedly great food! Definitely our new favorite place for steaks!

Absolutely disgusted with this place. It is horrible . I placed an order on Waitr . I was charged twice and didn't even get the correct order. When I called about it, the person answering the phone was rude and blamed it on my son, who picked the food up, for the over charge and accused me of lying about the order. He said you ordered a double burger you got a double burger. Then I asked about the extras I had to pay for like onions and fries. He again asserted it was my sons fault, apologized "if" there were no onions and said we could come back and get the money we were over charged and threw in some bread pudding. The manager finally got on the phone and offered a full refund. I accepted that because god knows what would have been done to my order if they had chosen to send out the correct one. My son did go to get the refund and the bread pudding. They gave him the refund but they were too busy to give him the bread pudding. I seriously doubt I'll get the refund on Waitr as promised by the manager also. So glad they are too busy to deal with a customer who has had to make two trips for one order that was never received. And their big way to make it right is to return the money for a service they did not render without consideration for my time or effort their screw ups have cost me

Nice little sports bar and very friendly staff but the food is not good. Chips were stale, sweet potato fries were burnt, regular fries had zero seasoning plus it was extremely hot. Not sure if the A/C was out or it’s always like that. I will say the hot dogs were excellent so I’m giving them an extra star.

Horrible experience! We waited more than thirty minutes for our meals. They were not at all busy and we didn't order anything that was complicated (burgers and wings). The burgers were overcooked. They were out of bone-in wings but didn't inform us until about 25 minutes after we ordered. The waitress spent 15 minutes standing at the bar filling out some application.

Went there today after a long time. Once again they didn't cook my burger liked I wanted and they don't make fresh chips anymore 😭😭😭. Too bad this place was really good a few years ago, I stop going when they changed the menu and went down in quality at least today the meat was good just not cooked like I asked and the should go back to the fresh chips. A big mistake going to bag chips it shows they don't care. Iron Horse could be a highlight for Hammond with a few changes. I hope whoever it is makes the necessary changes otherwise they are just going to be a so-so restaurant with a lot of TV's making it on drinks so basically a bar and no pride in there food.

The food comes out nice & fresh plus the beer is COLD!!! IT WAS AMAZING!! Their servers are spot on and this is a cool place to hang out during games! The atmosphere is great and the TVS ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE! The scrolling sports ticker is spot on too! NEVER SEEN ONE LIKE IT! I can see myself spending a good amount of time here! Great Job!
