This location is usually great so this rating has no bearing on the freshness and quality I’ve received in the past. However, where they are lacking is in regard to attention to detail with online pickup orders. More than once I’ve had orders missing extras (but was still charged for them) like just now I asked for extra shredded Monterey cheddar, paid for extra and got zero cheese at all. I asked for no lettuce and constantly receive a mountain of lettuce. The online ordering is great and convenient as long as YOU ARE PAYING ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS ORDERS. Please be more mindful. Adding an ingredient doesn’t seem harmful but you have no idea if someone is allergic to that ingredient. It can be dangerous to not follow instructions.

This Subway is my go to they're always very quick and sandwiches always look good. Most of the staff are very serious straight faced people they need more emotion. Depending on who's working they get very rude if you're in late (hour before closing) and won't make your sandwich for there in a basket all opened up instead just wrap it up and bag it even after requesting it to be left open, need a small lesson on customer service.
