Mcdonald's

Never been so disappointed by a McDonald’s. Ordered 2 bacon n egg bagels, one on everything bagel and one on a plain bagel. Not only did the guy think I asked for a BLT, I corrected the lady at the cash and still paid the price of BLTs. Additionally, they gave a rock hard sesame bagel (not everything bagel) my boyfriend couldn’t bite into and he threw it out. ON TOP of that, they didn’t put cheese or bacon… just a bagel, egg and mayonnaise. Gross. What a waste of my gift card! Going to double check my orders before leaving this location because that was a horrible experience!

Food is fine. I mean, it's McDonald's so nothing special. Service is great. The bathroom? There is a button on the side which needs to be pushed otherwise the door won't open. Odd. And the stalls have no privacy. There are gaps around the door and a wide gap below the door and between the stalls. I even posted a photo of the gap between the one stall and the bathroom sink. I do not recommend using the bathroom here. Ick!

Ordered through drive through and they asked me to drive around to the #2 spot. The order was very basic. I waited twenty minutes in that spot before someone would even acknowledge us. After bringing us 2 completely wrong orders, they brought a third that was close but still won't. It had now been close to thirty minutes, and i could no longer wait for the correct order and had to just leave with what was in the bag. My worst McDonald's experience to date.

Ordered through drive-thru during the day: The food I recieved looked old and dry, and they didn't include the sauces that come with the order which surprised me considering the time I had to wait. Also, the workers didn't smile or show any form of basic customer service skills, which tells customers they're not happy to work there. Poor attitude; poor work environment; results in poor quality.

The service is fast (as you'd expect), and the food is just like Mcdonalds. If you do come here make sure to get the app it cuts the price of everything pretty much in half (with meal deals and such). There's nothing really out of the ordinary about this location, as its always not too busy and I've never had any problems with my order here.

I agree with what most say above. This is the worst location I’ve ever visited. My kids love McDonald’s, but this location never ever gets it right. Out of all the Uber eats orders in 2 years, one has been right (probably close to 20 orders) today yet again. Missing drink no apple slices. Extra toy though? Someone probably didn’t get theirs. Oh and whoever’s kid ordered McNuggets we got those thrown in with our happy meal with pancakes too. I’ve only ever walked jn this location once for 1$ coffee and it was a disaster too. 20 min waiting while it sat ready for 9 minutes the lady wouldn’t let me just pay and leave. Ended up being late for work. Gladly pay double for Timmy’s service any day. Not worth the 1$ drinks.

Recently going through the drive thru. I was barked at about what my order was from a very rude young Lady. I did nothing wrong to her just corrected her for making the mistake for my order. I told her she needed to correct her attitude as I also work in customer service and I have never treated or have been treated in such a manner with any customer from an establishment.
