I got a big Mac combo tonight and didn’t realize until I was home there was nothing on it other than sauce. Last week I ordered coffee with milk and received coffee with cream. Twice I’ve had to throw out my order because of the incompetent employees that can’t be bothered to put any attention/ effort into their job. McDonald’s shouldn’t be allowed to charge prices similar to actual restaurants for the quality of service they offer. They totally ruined my night.

I live far from this location and stopped here after a long day of working so had only seen this after arriving home. Whoever thought it was funny to "forget" to put chicken in my junior chicken should be fired. So after being rushed in the drive thru, laughed at and having to relay the order 3 times we got poor service and missing food. Theres absolutely no reason to ever do this to a customer when we were nothing but friendly. As someone who works in a fast food industry, this disgusts me and is completely uncalled for. If you want better customer service, and accurate orders, i strongly advise you to go somewhere else or another location.

Been here multiple times as it is right around the corner from my house and I can quickly grab some food if need be before I head to work. This location has to single handedly be the worst location for getting an order correct, you are either missing 1 or 2 items or the order is completely completely wrong and you end up with someone else's food, most of the time they don't even put the receipt in the bag so you have no proof of purchase. I've had to make a habit of pulling over and double checking my order before I drive off, then needing to pull into a space and physically walk into the lobby defeating the entire purpose of using the drive through for quick convenient service. However 7/10 I'm having to get out of my car anyways and walk into the lobby.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Will not give you a receipt, will mess up your order 3 times and then the “cooks” will proceed to yell at you about how it’s not a big deal. Awful awful McDonald’s, oh and they gave me the wrong number to call and rectify the situation. Save your money and go to a better location.

Hate leaving 1 stars for fast food places.. because its fast food you get what you pay for. But the Staff are stealing points. 4pm 3/12/2022. Was using points to buy a coffee, get to the pay window and the lady asked for money, asked what code she had and it was completely different from the code I had given, so now either the employee who took the order messed up typing 4 digits real bad, or they intentionally are stealing points.

Usually better about getting both sides of the drive threw moving fair. Very one sided . Many cars passed in the left side before the left . About 6 passed before someone even answered the intercom on the right side . Went back today and this is what was in my burger 😡😷🤢 I got a few times a week for food and coffee most mornings... Won't be going back . Deleting my app . No thanks
