Pizza Pizza

I used to love ordering from pizza pizza, they have the best creamy garlic sauce I've ever had but! Ever since I moved to Hamilton I've been disappointed over and over again. I'm abit out of town so this is the only location that will deliver to me. I always order a baked panzerotti with creamy garlic sauce instead of tomato. This location ALWAYS over cooks my panzerotti. It comes to me burnt everytime. I decided to cave and get the deep fried, they made it wrong so I had to get a replacement made, the replacement....was so full of grease when I bit I to my panzerotti at least 2 ounces of grease came gushing out. I'm so disappointed in this location and wish I had a better pizza pizza near me to deliver my muchmissed creamy garlic filled panzerottis.

Pizza is 2 hrs late -still don't have it. This after multiple calls wondering where the food is and their customer service reps making excuses to weasel out of their time guarantee. I kept getting told that the driver is "on their way". I don't expect good pizza, but the lies and the lateness make this the last time I ever order from here.

Requested a pizza that is well done for the first time, my family disliked it and commented being it overcooked. I agree with my family, as i had a little trouble digesting it myself. I'm disappointed with this quality of cooking, i advice against this restaurant if you are looking to get "Well Done" pizza.

ordered pizza from this place, barely cooked, soggy, went back to the store to return, guy working there started to make an argument, when asked for the contact info for management, gave me the wrong number so I was talking to another employee working there but pretending to be the manager, careful you may also have to deal with some Punjabi abusive language and told to get out of the store. Went again and spoke to the manager (not sure if he is the manager). Would love to hear from the real manager.
