Sasso

I just had my 2 year old daughters birthday at Sasso, they were absolutely amazing. Jessica (event manager) helped me plan and responded to my every message and question. They were so accommodating and and so helpful. I had 21 people and they all raved about the food and the service, Jessica and the other waitress were so lovely. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience:) thank you so very much.

Went for lunch and Sasso was in point. Very friendly service from wait staff, and a cozy atmosphere with the wood burning oven piping flames for the whole restaurant to see. Food was exceptional, we had oysters (!) that were phenomenally fresh, hearty and the horseradish was the best I’ve had since Nova Scotia. Mignonette was great as well. Pizza is delicious, and had an apple walnut salad that was absolutely delish. Their olive oil and especially balsamic vinaigrette was high quality and authentic. High recommend on the Mountain!

Don't waste your time. Foods not good service is not good. Hostess was questioning why I wanted fine in. Then forgot my drink 3 times waited 20 mins and gave up on the drink. Half the greens in the salad had gone bad, hair in my pasta. The calamari was so over cooked it was like chewing on rubber, I had take out pizza to go. Didn't put the dip in it. And pizza wasn't fully cooked when I got home waste of $100.... Never again. Save your money. Over priced and not good.

Good place with wood fired fresh pizza. My husband planned a 'date night,' and knows that I like Italian but I am not a fan of pizza. He loved his pizza and there were not a lot of choices for pasta...I decided on Caesar salad which was exceptional! Not overly dressed and lovely chunks of parmesan cheese. I ended up ordering the calamari and found it a bit chewy and I prefer a red dipping sauce which the waiter provided upon request. The lad serving us was friendly and attentive. As I said at the beginning if you want a fresh pizza cooked in an authentic pizza oven, then I would certainly recommend Sassos.

I just had a very enjoyable lunch at Sasso's. I ordered a pizza and my guest ordered the trout. Both were actually very well cooked and very tasty. Presentation lacked a little to be desired but, who cares, right? You're going to eat it anyway!?!? Julian was our server, a Mohawk College student. He was amazing. Very hospitable, professiand even joked around with us. I would eat here again.
