Black Forest Inn

Date night dinner at The Black Forest Inn. The first time for us and what a great experience. The atmosphere was fabulous. The servers were dressed in traditional clothes and decorations and music all fit the theme. Staff was very welcoming and service was great. Food was awesome. Soup was hot not lukewarm. Whole meal was great!!! Highly recommend the Black Forest Inn, we’ll certainly be back!!!

The Black Forest Inn hits all the top points with us. The food, the atmosphere, the staff and the overall experience is absolutely worth a five star review. Food portions are on point and at a reasonable price, the food itself is absolutely delicious and very authentic. The establishment is very clean and well managed. The staff are very courteous and responsive and a delight to deal with and also look absolutely fabulous in authentic German dirndl. Very satisfied with our visit and strongly recommend this restaurant to others.

First time ever having rouladen. We were there for a party of 6 and two kids. What a great meal! The house dressing on the salad was great and the goulash was delicious and really filling. Our waitress was super and the atmosphere is really relaxed. Was surprised how, at their low/reasonable prices, the portions were big and delicious. Try all the beers - the dark and wheat are tasty - in pints instead of the pitchers. The price is better that way

The Black Forest Inn has been consistently excellent for many many years it's such a treat to enjoy the atmosphere and great food and their prices really didn't go up too much, unlike many restaurants because of covid-19 backlash and the cost of fuel driving produce and meats up in price. Bravo Black Forest!👏👌

Absolutely loved this restaurant. Traditional German cusine and beer at affordable prices, great service and very very tasty. Lots of larger plates designed for sharing and also allow you to sample a variety of the food. Will be back anytime I am in Hamilton. A bit of a wait during busy times but well worth it.
