I arrived at the drive-thru at 11:48, I’m a patient person, but it’s hard to be patient when 12:10 rolls around and you still haven’t placed your order, and you can’t leave the line because of the design of the drive-thru. 12:20 I was finally able to get out of line…without a coffee. Terrible how rude and unprofessional some of the the staff is here. I was picking an order, the manager is moping during rush hour, yelling at her employees to come to get the order. When the other employee comes over she doesn't even know what the order is. Then starts saying how Uber eats drivers isn't a real job to her co-workers. Completely try to offend me, but didn't work!. I will pray for your employees to have some respect for others. Such a shame really.

Updating my review for recent poor experience. Personally I think that you should order more plain chocolate frosted donuts without sprinkles. The reason for my updated poor review is that I was told that there were at the very least two chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles and after I was charged I was informed that there were not. If I knew that were the case I would not have spent any money, knowing that I was in the drive-through and would hold up the line if I wanted to have the money returned to my card. Next time I will wait for my food and drink before I pay you, and slow down your line.

I just left here and ordered 2 hot chocolates. What I got were 2 cups of brown water. If I wanted that I could popped in a pack of Swiss Miss in an oversized cup myself & paid nothing. Ordered hot chocolate many times from different stores & never.... looking at the reviews it sounds like this location either doesn't care or is just trying to save on resources to make money. It doesn't take much to taste test the hot chocolate. Sure its a machine but you control how much water (or milk) is used in them. This is only hot chocolate.
