food was beyond good nice and hot. chicken was crispy and flavorful. sides were nice and hot and macand cheese was on point. Girl that took care of us in the drive thru was very nice and well mannered

I went KFC yesterday the food is good. The service was horrendous 😖. There was four people in front of me a couple, one lady and one man being waited on. They proceeded to take one order at a time and fix the order. There was only three people working there at the time. No one person could service the counter take several orders and then prepare them. Which is really unfortunate probably do better people🤔.

The food was great fresh and delicious I ordered a 12 peice and shared it with Leon Lagacy and Neptüne Tha Planet. The service was Prompt and the workers very understanding and kind. Allot of people had been at the location for their lunch but the service was still zippy. All in all I give it an A+

If someone orders chicken in the final hour maybe don't turn off your fryers and instead make chicken fresh to order I'll wait I understand that you are going to run out of certain items but you just can't run out of the basic chicken. I came 30 minutes before close and I get it I used to work in a restaurant but we are talking about the one thing you guys sell. I'm sorry if this is giving you a hard time but seriously

The last three times I went there Chicken was tasted old and certainly was not fresh. I said this would be my last time of it happened again. And yes it happened again. This time I am speaking out because I ordered over 30 dollars of chicken and sides. Then get home and they forgot the coleslaw. So pretty much through with this Kentucky.

Had to reorder my food at the window due to it not being put in the system first time around after waiting 20 minutes once I pulled up. Also forgot an item. Don’t really care about the missing item but the lack of organization is what just irked me the most. Usually is slow but not this slow.

Ordered a pot pie and it took 45 minutes to recieve, got the food home only to start eating it and had a bone in it that speared the roof of my mouth and tongue. Called the company about it and they said, oh well, it happens and could care less about the pain that I was in. I will never go back to KFC again. Plenty of other chicken places to go to.
