Top notch staff. Always polite and accommodating and they make good coffee.

Coffee was awful three times in a row. Service is good though, they even replaced my coffee when I thought it was made wrong. Unfortunately it is always too hot to drink upon receiving, so I was unable to determine that the remake was also terrible, until later. Something changed since 7/25/2018, because the coffee was just fine then. Store was clean and well-stocked, and staff was fast and friendly, or this review would have been a 1-star.

There is NOTHING fast, convenient or friendly about the service here. They have inexperienced people who don't have the skills to: change the receipt tape, keep brewed tea on hand (I ordered a medium iced tea @ 3:30pm and waited 18 minutes for it to brew!), or keep the counters and floors free from trash.
Sadly, this is my "local" DD... I will be driving an extra 20 minutes to the next closest DD. I have had consistently poor, slow, and unskilled service for 20 months and have finally HAD IT!

Its Dunkin! My only issue was the donut selection. Knowing they don't bake them fresh in the stores anymore, I suggest visiting early. I got there mid afternoon. Friendly staff, quick service, clean establishment.

The staff here is great, they typically know my order without me having to repeat it, and they always have it ready quickly, within seconds, so I can be on my very busy way...

Randy is the best worker ever he is so sweet he helped my mother and sister either frozen caramel coffee that he decorated with whip cream and I enjoyed a Bavarian donut you a great job 👍👍👍 8/8/19 good job around 5:50, see you soon.

I have been going to this Dunkin for years and the management has been close to my family.for years and been great they run a vreat Dunkin i tell everyone.i know that its the cleanest and nices one i have ever been in amd i bave also had the privilege to work there and loved my job was sorry when Ihad to leave to be a stay at home mom but love doing that too! Best Dunkin Ever!!!!!!

Lets start by saying nothing has been the same since new ownership. The staff completely changed. The service is horrible. The coffee is so inconsistent. Also how can you only have one emplpyee working. It should never take 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Pathetic establishment.
