Fantastic food and amazing service. Was greeted with a complimentary drink when arrived. Waiter told us he could offer some recommendations of wine to go with our food, he pick d something we would never of chosen and it was beautiful, bought out the flavour of the food even more. I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes.

Last minute dining plans led to us to this charming little bar in Halstead last night. For me it had the perfect atmosphere, and the staff were so friendly, helpful and very attentive (like we were the only ones there). Not being a big eater I absolutely loved the fact that tapas dishes were to share, and there was lots to chose from. I will definitely be going back for some more taste dishes

2nd year New Year's Eve dinner at Whispers with my friend. Fabulous evening, excellent food, excellent service, great atmosphere. My friend and I looked forward to bringing in the new year for the 2nd year running at Whispers. I have visited Whisper multiple times and every time has been a positive and enjoyable experience. Fabio is welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about wines in particular.

Been there with my partner recently and I’m pleased to say everything was brilliant. Clean place, food was great, very friendly and helpful staff. Fabio introduced us the menu and explained every dish how they prepare it and cook it, he helped with choosing the wine, always smiling and there to help. We congratulate the chef I think Martin was his name, I hope I’m not wrong, again very nice and friendly.

Such fantastic food and hospitality from the Portuguese owners bringing a slice of their homes carefully considered food and wine to the centre of Halstead. The Tapas comes out of the kitchen fresh, cooked to order, and as staggered servings making the dining experience more social, as well as more focused on the individual dishes- which ups the appreciation of the cuisine!
